4. Deposits and Withdrawals

8. Account Suspension and Termination
bn800 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account action:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including age restriction violations, prohibited conduct, submission of false documentation, or failure to comply with a KYC request within the specified timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity connected to the player's account, whether or not formal proceedings have been initiated against the player.
- A court order, regulatory direction, or lawful instruction from a competent authority requiring bn800 to suspend or close the account or to freeze the balance held within it.
- A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure. Where an account is closed at a player's request, any real-money balance remaining after deducting any void bonus funds will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bn800 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services, even if bn800 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In all cases, bn800's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player into their account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bn800 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our control (including force majeure events such as natural disasters, government action, power outages, or telecommunications failures) may cause temporary service interruptions. bn800 will not be liable for any losses incurred by a player as a result of such interruptions.
